Import the root certificate into the Windows Keystore

To avoid warning notices in the browser, the root certificate must be imported into Windows key storage.

All addresses to Servicetrace servers must begin with

https://<fully qualified domain name>/

e.g.

https://<fully qualified domain name>/servicetrace/rpa/common/landing.html

If you still see error messages in the browser, refer to The certificate is unknown and The certificate has expired in the Troubleshooting section.
