Robot Management - Overview

Software robots, also referred to as X1 Bots, look out for work and automatically carry out any processes step by step. To do so, you need a computer where the applications required for the processes are installed, configurations, and specific instructions - the Activities that are created in X1 Design Studio for each process step.

In the Robot Management application, you manage your X1 Bots. Each Robot is assigned to a Customer. To log in to the X1 Server, the X1 Bot requires a Robot API Key at login. After installation, the Robot logs in to the X1 Server automatically. You can then assign licenses, Applications, and Service Times to the Robot and monitor its status and the results of the process runs it carries out.
