Process Operation - Unprocessed User Tasks

rpa_processOperations_UnprocessedUserTasks_UnprocessedUserTasks_Overview

User Tasks are elements of a process model, which cannot be processed fully automatically by a Robot, but which require the support of a human.

The Unprocessed User Tasks view lists all user tasks of a customer that have been started during the course of a process execution but have not yet been completed.

You can see whether the user tasks have been assigned, to whom they have been assigned, and which user has reserved them for processing.

You can assign the User Tasks to users for processing. They then appear in the view My X1 > Open User Tasks of those users.

It is also possible to remove the assignment of a user to a user task.

Privileges of the view Unprocessed User Tasks

To see the view Unprocessed User Tasks, you require the privilege Unprocessed Task List Open. To change the assignments of user tasks to users, you also require the privilege Unprocessed Task List Edit.
