Process Operation - Process Execution Plans¶

rpa_processOperations_ProcessExecutionPlans_Overview

In the view Process Execution Plans, you can see all projects that are currently in the Production phase.

You can open the Execution Timetable for each project, which displays when the Process is executed.

Privileges¶

In order to use Process Execution Plans, you require the Privilege Process Execution Plans Open.

And to view processes to which you are not assigned, either as Owner or team member, you require the Privilege Global Process Execution Plans View.

Columns¶

Process Name¶

Name of the project

Clicking a project name opens the Life-Cycle-Wizard for that project.

Category¶

Category assigned to the project in Process Management.

Project Owner¶

User name of the person responsible for the project

Configuration Count¶

Number of deployed configurations compared to the total number of configurations for the project.

Only the currently deployed configurations can be displayed in the Execution Timetable view.

Last updated by¶

User name of the user who made the last change to the project

Last updated at¶

Time stamp of the last change to the project

Execution Timetable¶

There is an Execution Timetable for every Process. It shows all the currently deployed Production Configurations, the corresponding Robot Service Times and Application Down Times, and the resulting effective runtimes of this Process, together in one timeline.
