Process Operation - Process Execution Plans -
Execution Timetable

rpa_processOperations_ProcessExecutionPlan_ExecutionTimetable_Overview

In the Execution Timetable view, you see all the configurations of a Process that are currently deployed and that lie in the selected time interval.

Example: Make Invisible Configurations Visible

Processes that have been deployed, but do not lie in the selected time interval, are not displayed in the chart, but are executed in a text field with a blue background at the upper edge of the view.

The time interval can be changed to add the configurations to the chart.

Colored horizontal bars are displayed for each combination of configuration and Robot. The bars indicate the effective runtime of a Process.

Effective Runtime

The effective runtime of a process is calculated based on the times defined in the Configuration Schedule, minus the times that lie outside the Robot Service Time and that lie within the Downtime of an Application used by this Process.

Composition of the Effective Runtime

To see the composition of the effective runtime of a configuration, click the corresponding bar. A drilldown is then displayed, containing the Effective Schedule, Schedule, Servicetime, and Downtime, in that order.

If you hover the mouse over a bar, the exact times are displayed as a tooltip.

These times are aggregated. To find out which service times and downtimes are contained, check the data of the Robots and Applications used directly.

The effective schedules for the current week are displayed by default.

Configuration of an Execution Timetable

Click the icon in the upper left corner of the view to open the dialog Execution Timetable Configuration.

The configuration is only valid until the project is closed. When the same project is opened again or another project is open, the default configuration is used once again.

Time interval

The effective schedules for the current week are displayed by default.

You can also choose from the following time intervals:

Today

The full current day

Week

The current week, from Monday to Friday

Month

The current month, from the first to the last day

Custom

A custom time interval, in which you can enter the start and end date and time directly or select them from a calendar and clock.

Configurations

The Configurations list contains all configurations.

You can select and deselect the checkboxes to determine which individual configurations are shown in the Execution Timetable.

If a configuration is executed by multiple Robots, it is listed for each Robot individually in the Execution Timetable.
