Overview

Process Management is the main module used for managing all processes.

Structure of Process Management

Each Process, and a project team that is responsible for implementation of its automation, belongs to a single project. Projects are assigned to Categories, which you create here.

Then, within these categories, you can manage processes that have been created in Process Evaluation and whose automation has been initiated in the Process Backlog, and you can also create new projects.

For a better overview, the product categories are shown first. You can see how many projects are assigned to a category and the phases they are currently in.

Within a category, you can see the projects of this category together with their most important parameters.

You are not permitted to see projects for which you are not a team member. If the category contains more projects than you are permitted to see, this information is displayed at the top of the view.

Click on the project name to open the Project detailed view.

The remaining information is displayed in the Project datasheet of a Process, which you can open by clicking on the Edit icon.

Privileges for Process Management

In order to use Process Management, you require the Privileges Process Automation Open and Process Create.
