Process Automation - Process Applications¶

In the Process Applications view, you can enter all Applications that are required to carry out your processes. You can then assign these Applications to the individual processes. This is especially important if not all Applications are installed on all computers within your company. A Robot can only execute Applications if they are installed on the computer on which the Robot is installed.
You can also deactivate Applications that are not available or define downtimes in which the Applications are not available. Processes that require Applications that are not available are paused during these times. Robots that are assigned to Applications that are not available can still execute other processes.
Privileges for the Process Applications¶
In order to use the Process Automation Application, you must have the Privilege Process Automation Open.
To delete Applications, you also require the Privilege Application Delete. This Privilege is contained in the Project Owner role.
