My X1 - Overview

rpa_myX1_MyUserTasks_Overview

In the My X1 module, you can see tasks that are to be processed by human employees. These User Tasks are elements of a process model, which cannot be processed fully automatically by a Robot, instead requiring the support of a human.

Examples of such tasks include the input of data that could not be read automatically, or decisions that must be reviewed by humans for legal reasons.

If, during implementation of a process, the Robot comes across a user task, it shows the task to all assigned users in the view Open User Tasks.

Once employees accept the task, then the task is displayed to them in the view My User Tasks.

As soon as the employee has completed processing of a user task, the Robot resumes its work automatically.

User tasks can be assigned to specific users during configuration of a process implementation. It is also possible, however, to transfer the tasks directly during the implementation.

The configuration of the User Tasks is done in the X1 Design Studio. Read the X1 Design Studio Manual to obtain more detailed information on the structure of User Tasks.

Privileges

No privileges are required to use the My X1 module. It is displayed to all users of the X1 Server without exception.

Since all users can see the My X1 module, every user can also process a User Task, independent of rights and privileges, as soon as he or she has been assigned the task by an authorized employee.
