My X1 - Open User Tasks

rpa_myX1_OpenUserTasks_Overview

The Open User Tasks view displays all open user tasks that have been assigned to you for processing and that have not yet been reserved by you or another employee for processing.

Sequence of processes that contain user tasks

A User Task is an element of a process model. In contrast to a X1 Bot Task, the user task cannot be processed fully automatically by a Robot, but requires the support of a human.

A user task can contain a description, various types of entry fields, and information about process data. The configuration and description of a user task is created in the X1 Design Studio. You can find more detailed information in the X1 Design Studio Manual.

When the X1 Bot is implementing a process, as soon as it reaches a user task, it moves the task to the list of Open User Tasks of all users, to whom this task has been assigned for processing, and to the list of unprocessed user tasks. If no user has yet been defined for processing, you can define a user at this point.

The assigned users can reserve user tasks for themselves and then process them.

As soon as a user has completed processing of a task, the X1 Bot automatically takes on further processing.
