Dashboard - Getting Started

Think

Before you begin configuration of the Dashboard, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Which important data in process automation do you want to monitor?
  • Which users must be able to view a dashboard?
  • Which analysis interval is appropriate for which data?
  • How frequently should the views be refreshed?

Create a private dashboard

First create a Private Dashboard by clicking on the button Create in the view Dashboard > Private. After you have allocated a name and a description, use the link at the top right of the view to define the Analysis Interval and the refresh rate. Then, use the button Add Widget in the Dashboard view to add all required widgets and arrange them as necessary.

Do not forget to save your new Private Dashboard by clicking on the button Save.

Publish a dashboard

A Private Dashboard is only visible to the user who has created it.

If you want all users of a Customer to be able to use a dashboard, then publish it by clicking on the Publish icon in the Private Dashboards table.

Monitor

Open a dashboard of your choice and see the progress of your process automation at a glance.
