Alerting - Overview

The Alerting application notifies you immediately in the event of errors or problems while processes are being carried out. You define when an Alert is to be triggered using Alert Rules, which are queried during each process implementation. Alert Rules refer to the status of a process element. The Alerts are sent to Targets and are listed in a table. Targets can be e-mail recipients (Email Targets) or executable programs (Executable Targets). The content of the notification can be a combination of Keywords and free text.
