Daily database maintenance task

The database is maintained automatically once each day. Here, deleted Projects and Users are purged, and all tasks that are checked on the Database and Filesystem tabs are implemented.

The database maintenance must be carried out once each day. You can select the time of day as you wish.

System performance may be impacted during the database maintenance.

The names of deleted users or deleted projects cannot be reassigned until after the Daily database maintenance task.

Start time

Time at which the daily database maintenance begins.

The time of day is based on the time zone of the computer on which the X1 Server is installed.

Max. Duration

After this time, database maintenance is terminated if it has not already been completed.

Depending on the size of the database, the maintenance takes two hours or more.

Delete alerting data

Alerting data includes the Process-Run results which have caused an Alert. Alerting data that is older than the specified age in months (max. 10,000) is deleted.

Delete robot tasks

Robot Tasks that are older than the specified age in days (max. 10,000) are deleted.

Delete robot state changes

Robot state changes that are older than the specified age in days (max. 10,000) are deleted.

Delete alert history

The Alert History includes all data of the actual Alerts, such as ID, Severity and Alert Rule, but not the data of the process run that has caused the Alert. This data is included in Alerting data. Alert-History data that is older than the specified age in days (max. 10,000) is deleted.
