XceleratorOne® RPA platform achieves Top 3 scores in seven out of eight Gartner categories; Servicetrace acknowledged for its ability to enable much simpler task-level automations and for “administration and process life cycle management”. Servicetrace’s XceleratorOne® (X1®) RPA platform has achieved Top 3 scores in seven out of the eight categories listed in Gartner’s latest ‘Critical Capabilities for Robotic Process Automation’ published on 1st September 2020. Gartner evaluated 16 vendors’ RPA product capabilities to support key customer use cases, and Servicetrace X1® was one of only three products that consistently scored 4.0 or higher (out of 5) across the eight critical capabilities listed in the report. Of the four common use cases for RPA identified by Gartner, Servicetrace received its highest score for administration and process life cycle management (4.18), while also receiving excellent scores in the other three categories.

“Since the last Gartner Critical Capabilities for RPA report, Servicetrace has continued to invest significantly in our X1 RPA platform - so we’re delighted to see this is reflected in these excellent scores.”

Markus Duus, Servicetrace
"Gartner reports that RPA has been its fastest-growing software segment over recent years and notes a growing interest in capabilities such as AI/ML, process discovery, process mining and intelligent document processing,” he continued. “These are all areas where our scalable enterprise process automation platform is particularly strong, and a key reason why organisations are increasingly turning to Servicetrace when they need to automate their most complex business processes.” These latest scores in the Critical Capabilities for Robotic Process Automation report follow on from last month’s Gartner 2020 Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation publication[1] where Servicetrace was positioned as a ‘Visionary’ based on its ability to execute and completeness of vision.
