Servicetrace and iGrafx announce partnership agreement

The combined experience of Servicetrace and iGrafx provides enterprise customers the most comprehensive solution to automate business processes easily and efficiently. The joint offering also evaluates precisely where RPA deployment will return the biggest value. For Servicetrace, the partnership is an important step towards expansion in the United States.
Darmstadt, Germany/Portland, U.S., March 12, 2019 – The better a business process is documented, the easier it is to optimize and the more successful and effective its automation will be. The knowledge, skills and software from iGrafx and Servicetrace complement each other perfectly, as they merge Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The result is a complete solution offering for process automation with guaranteed success for enterprise customers.

Partnership is key to Servicetrace expansion plans

The new, international co-operation between Servicetrace, Germany and the leading US expert for Business Process Management and Digital Business Transformation is effective immediately. For Servicetrace, the robotics solutions specialist active throughout Europe, the partnership is also a strategic step to enter the US market, as Markus Duus, CEO at Servicetrace, explains: “When we planned our expansion into the United States, it was clear to us that we wanted to work with an established BPM provider who, like us, offers feature-rich and highly innovative software. iGrafx easily met our requirements and exceeded our expectations. We begin our partnership with a strong joint customer base in Europe and the US, a perfect starting point for our planned further growth”.

Partnership enables a holistic RPA approach

With the XceleratorOne (X1) platform, Servicetrace has created an innovative RPA solution with a truly unique approach: “At Servicetrace, we take a holistic view of RPA, because this is the only way to guarantee success. We have therefore developed a platform that covers all phases of RPA in terms of lifecycle management and brings all stakeholders together in one software solution. iGrafx add a set of skills that fit perfectly into our holistic thinking as they optimize business processes – a critical basis for successful automation,” adds Markus Duus. “Here at iGrafx, we support many of the largest centers of excellence (CoE) in the world. We have repeatedly received requests from CoE managers for a lean solution to integrate Robotic Process Automation into their business processes,” explains Ed Maddock, CTO at iGrafx. “The partnership with Servicetrace was therefore a logical step for iGrafx as the company is an industry leader in the area of robotic solutions”.
